I have been terrible with keeping up to date with my blog! I've been so busy making tonnes of jewelry for Butchart Gardens and getting ready for the Sidney Summer Market that will be throughout the entire summer. Right now I am in the process of creating lots of new Bronze pieces, some with Patina some without, and colorful gemstones! You may have noticed my shop name has changed from Saffire Jewelry to simply my name - Alasha Lantinga. I was never fully happy with Saffire Jewelry so that's why I decided to change it.
•• It's the twelfth year of the Sidney Summer Market in Sidney BC! It runs every Thursday evening from 5:30 to 8:30 and thousands of people visit it each week! Over 200 vendors, including entertainment on each block, line the main street, Beacon Avenue. I would love to see you there! (I won't be at the first one, but the second one and the rest).
